Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using ConnectAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

ConnectAI provides software for managing business messaging channels (including WhatsApp via Meta), connectors to business systems, dashboards, and optional AI-assisted workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. WhatsApp / Meta compliance

If you connect WhatsApp, you must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms, commerce and messaging policies, and applicable local law (including consent and opt-out rules). You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your numbers and for how you use customer data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Send spam, phishing, or abusive messaging
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with platform integrity or other customers
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Customer data

You retain rights to your business content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and secure the service. AI features process conversation context as configured by your organization.

7. Fees

Paid plans, message limits, and subscription terms are as agreed in your order or dashboard billing. Meta or carrier fees for WhatsApp messaging may apply separately and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or risk to the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
